In 2015, David founded Student Realty, a full-service leasing & management company operating as the front-end client services entity of a private student housing portfolio. Critical relationships were built spanning the New Jersey community banking space, elevating product standards throughout the successful execution of the portfolio’s growth strategy.
David graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and returned to receive a Master’s in Business Administration. David is a Certified Property Manager© through the Institute of Real Estate Management, Greater NY Chapter.
Charles serves as the Director of Estate & Commercial Security at Alpine Limited Private Security, responsible for leading the Post-Incident Investigations Team, designing strategic security solutions and operating as our Lead Expert across all functions.
After retiring from a storied and highly-decorated career in law enforcement in 2006, Charles shifted his focus to the private sector, where his expertise brought immense value to the private investigation, estate management and commercial building management spaces.
Charles is formally trained and certified in over a dozen law enforcement disciplines, which is complimented by 30+ years of experience in various leadership roles.
Haik serves as a Managing Partner at Alpine Limited Private Security, responsible for the operational methodology that spans revenue management, accounting strategy, internal investments and building the team for scale.
Haik has over a decade of experience as a Professional Services Leader in the regulated technology and consulting space, with a distinguished career that encompasses consulting practice building, business development & growth, operational excellence, the implementation of enterprise-grade quality management solutions and the establishment of highly-effective methodologies for both internal and customer-facing excellence.
Haik graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management, a unique degree that provided a formal education aligned with the management / professional consulting industry.
